I since have had other issues trying to order something from Tanger, which used to be a company with great customer service. It seems like practically overnight, the customer service side of Tanga has begun ignoring customers requests. I doubt that I will be ordering from Tanga again, because it seems with every order I encounter some issue."

The recipient tried to change the fan a second time. The actual recepticle was not lined up with the port, therefore could not be charged. I sent Tanga an e-mail detailing the problem, with a pic included. I was told it was beyond the 30 day limit. This Neckfan was double the cost of some, at $15.00 . Very disappointing."
